Marilyn Crosby, RN

Marilyn Crosby, PhD, MBA, RN has been a registered nurse for over 30 years.  She received her PhD from Saybrook University in Mind and Body Medicine with an emphasis in Health Systems.  She received her BSN from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, Texas, and a MSN/MBA from University of Phoenix.

Her professional experience includes administration, program management, research, ambulatory care and critical care nursing.  Dr. Crosby is passionate about health promotion, wellness and advocating for others.

Her current research explores the experience of workplace bullying through the eyes of nurses and its effects on both the nurse, patient and the organization.

Currently Dr. Crosby utilizes her nursing skills as a nurse surveyor for the Department of Health and Human Services.
