Cancellation/Rescheduling by participant :
We recognize that on occasion attendees will book and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In these situations we ask that the attendee notify us as soon as possible.
The following policy applies: Attendee will receive a refund only if Therapeutic Professionals receives a notice of cancellation at least 7 full calendar days before the event. A $250 withdrawal fee will be charged.
If an attendee does not attend a scheduled event, there will be no refund or reschedule given. Payment is forfeited. No refunds will be granted to attendees registering less than 7 days.
Attendee substitutions are allowed, but we must be notified via email at firstname.lastname@example.org no less than 3 full business days before the start of the event.
Returned Check/NSF Policy :
A $45 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Therapeutic Professionals reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded or transferred to another date.
